Artwork

Artwork should never be hung in direct sunlight as it can cause fading and colour changes in any medium (resin is no exception). Your painting may change slightly depending on the environment in which is is displayed. Aesthetically Jess is no responsible for replacing any pieces that may change with time. If you find a painting that you have purchased has started to show signs of discolouration and would like a colour correction re-coat it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ship the painting and cover all associated costs and fees. Please note There will be a 0.75 cent per square inch re-coating fee.

My artwork includes genuine crystals and sharp glass which can cause harm if not handled with care. I do my best to adhere these pieces to the panel, but sometimes during shipment pieces may come loose.

Shipping / Handling Policies

I offer free shipping in Canada and the US on orders over the amount of $150.00 CAD. All orders are packed with the utmost care and safety precautions. Due to the volume of orders when new collections are released it can take up to 10 days for your package to be shipped.

Returns

All artwork is final sale. No refunds or exchanges unless your item is damaged in shipping (must show proof of damage) (special circumstances may allow for different return or exchange policies - these must be discussed personally with Jess before purchasing). If you need to cancel an order that hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact me as soon as possible and within 24 hours. All applicable returns are subject to a restocking fee.

Insurance

If your package arrives damaged, gets lost or stolen please contact me directly and I will issue an insurance claim through the shipping company on your behalf. Some claims may take up to 90 days to go through. If your package arrives damaged please take photographs of the damage, the shipping company may want to come and inspect the damaged parcel, if you are unable to facilitate an inspection the insurance claim may be denied. I will do my best to provide you with a replacement piece, or a credit for a new piece.

Rights to Images

Aesthetically Jess by Jessica Shelton, the artist, reserves the right to use and sell reproductions of sold work to promote her work. All reproduction rights are retained by the artist herself. Anty purchased artwork may not be reproduced by any process without proof of permission by the artist.

All videos and images and the content therein is the intellectual property of Aesthetically Jess by Jessica Shelton pursuant to Section 27 of the Copyright Act, RSC 1985, c C-42. Any illegal reproduction of said content will result in immediate legal action.
